• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues effectively, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.

• Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service.
