Job Title: Construction Administrator

Job Description

Draft plans, elevations, sections, and details based on knowledge or research of appropriate products, materials, and building systems. Detail one or several aspects of components of the design project with limited or no direction. Coordinate notes and materials incorporated in details to ensure alignment between drawings and specifications. Develop and follow through on architectural design concepts laid out by the Project Architect-Lead Designer. Produce architectural presentation documents to describe the design intent. Assist with design development and construction documentation production to complete the project. Transfer redlined changes to update drawings. Draft construction details and other drawings based on hand-drawn sketches prepared by the Job Captain and/or Project Architect-Lead Designer. Assist with contract administration tasks on construction sites from the start of construction to project close-out. Apply the firm’s policy regarding client/project confidentiality and utilize judgment to maintain confidentiality of such information. May serve as a Project Architect or Project Manager. Utilize appropriate communication techniques for positive collaboration. Other related duties as assigned.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in NA, Tennessee.

Work Environment

On construction sites and in office settings, collaborating with Project Architects, Lead Designers, and other team members.
