Job Description

An employer is looking to hire a Civil Site Development Project Manager who will work a hybrid schedule visiting their sites as well as client sites around 10%-15% of the time, and will spend the remainder of the time working in the office or from home. This person will be in meetings, responsible for project management and delegating task to designers and ensuring the work is completed on time, mentoring the designers, and meeting with structural and roadway groups across the company. They will be responsible for working on multiple commercial and mostly residential projects ensuring those projects are regulated and up to speed with the standards and permitting.

Skills and Requirements

Over 15 years of experience between 20 years of experience civil site (land development, site development, municipal work)

PE license

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Experience leading a team or experience with Project Management

Experience working on residential projects null
