Job Description

Meet with clients to discuss their landscaping needs, preferences, and budget.

  Conduct site analysis, including assessing soil, climate, and existing landscape.

  Develop detailed landscape designs and plans, including sketches, drawings, and digital renderings.

  Select appropriate plants, trees, shrubs, and other materials that align with the design vision and site conditions.

  Create cost estimates and project timelines for landscape projects with assistance from various departments.

  Collaborate with other professionals, such as architects, contractors, and city planners, to integrate landscape designs ensuring that the project is feasible.

  Provide maintenance recommendations and guidelines to clients for the long-term care of their landscapes during the design process.

  Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable practices, and new technologies in landscape design.

Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years of experience designing landscape, residential, and Design Build

  G Suite & Microsoft

  Experience with Sketch up (similar to Revit and AutoCAD)

Good communication skills If they have managed people that is a plus

  Photoshop experience would be nice

  Buildertrend null
