Aston Carter Claims Examiner in Naperville, Illinois
Description
This position is responsible for the review, investigation, evaluation determining eligibility of claims created, and negotiating as necessary the resolution of claims that are in compliance with all policies and any state regulatory requirements. This role manages a large claim volume.
Ensure customers and providers are paid timely and accurately.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers (Internal & External).
Responsible for handling customer reimbursements requests.
Validate daily NHS wire payment and exceptions.
Manage the reconciliation of Customer Preferred Pricing transactions.
Assist with inquiries regarding claim status with customers.
Analyze/Validate high level of claims data and entry into propriety operating system.
Indexing - Invoice comes in inbox and move them to appropriate location
There will be some filing involved.
Other administrative duties as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
