Job Title: Production Associate - C Shift

Job Description

We are seeking to hire 11 production workers for the C Shift (6:00am to 6:00pm Wednesday- Saturday) OR A Shift (6am- 6pm Sunday- Wednesday)

Responsibilities

  • Testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging

  • Supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines

  • Acquiring job skills and learning company policies and procedures

  • Working on routine assignments under close supervision

  • Operating within established policies and procedures and seeking approval for deviations

  • Meeting production standards and goals

  • Navigating basic computer programs, Excel for documentation, and Outlook

Essential Skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Mechanical aptitude

  • Experience with hand tools

  • Ability to read blueprints

  • Great attitude and willingness to be flexible

  • Commitment to progress and make a career

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent GED is preferred

  • One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred

  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment

  • Support for improvement initiatives

  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team

  • Maintaining a level temperament in a stressful environment

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail

Work Environment

The work environment consists of a manufacturing setting with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level. Employees have the option to sit or stand during their 10-hour shift, although standing will be required at times. This is a light industrial/general assembly role where lifting is limited to 10-15 lbs. The schedule is 6:00am to 6:00pm Wednesday through Saturday, with the possibility of an additional 8-hour shift to meet production quotas. The first week will follow a training schedule of Monday 8:30am - 4:00pm and Tuesday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
