Job Title: Production Associate - D Shift
Schedule: 6pm- 6am Tuesday- Friday
Job Description
We are looking to hire 15 production workers for D Shift (6:00pm to 6:00am Tuesday through Friday). Candidates may be required to work a 5th day for 8 hours, with some flexibility regarding which day. Ideal candidates have previous electronic manufacturing experience, either through hole or surface mount soldering, and a strong mechanical aptitude. Entry-level candidates from retail, fast food/food services, and other manufacturing fields are also encouraged to apply. Basic computer skills, including navigating programs, using Excel for documentation, and Outlook experience, are required.
Responsibilities
Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging.
Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.
Acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
Work on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required.
Follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision.
Operate within established policies and procedures and seek approval for deviations.

Work Environment
The work setting consists of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level. The shift hours are from 6:00pm to 6:00am Tuesday through Friday, with the possibility of working a 5th day for 8 hours when production quotas need to be met. Candidates will undergo a training schedule of Monday 8:30am - 4:00pm and Tuesday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm during the first week. Candidates have the option to sit or stand during their 10-hour shift, but standing will be required. This is a light industrial/general assembly role where candidates will lift no more than 10-15 lbs. and have metrics to meet in terms of pieces assembled.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.60 - $17.60/hr.
