Job Description

EPS Corporation is Looking for a Training Director to assist the Cyber Program at the Muscatatuck Training Center. The Training Director will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs in cyber range and computer test bed environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training, supervising teams, and collaborating with leadership and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create effective training objectives.

This position is dependent upon the award of the Proposed Contract

Requirements

  • Design, develop, and implement training programs for cyber range and computer test bed environments.

  • Supervise and manage the training team, ensuring high-quality delivery of training programs.

  • Conduct Army and Joint Cyber Training, ensuring all programs meet the necessary standards and requirements.

  • Collaborate with the leadership team and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create effective training objectives.

  • Develop training materials and resources that effectively address identified needs and objectives.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management and implementation for training scenarios.

  • Ensure compliance with DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments.

  • Minimum 5 years of supervising experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training.

  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with leadership and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create effective training objectives.

  • Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management and implementation for training scenarios.
