Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Murrysville, Pennsylvania

Description

Our client in Murrysville, PA is hiring for an Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity. No specific length, open ended. This position is expected to last at least 3 months in duration, possibly longer. They are looking to get someone started ASAP! This position is onsite at their corporate headquarters and the schedule is Monday thru Friday from 8am-5pm (40 hours per week). Pay: $18-19

The job duties of this role will include:

  • Scanning paid invoices

  • Opening mail and distributing to the proper departments daily

  • Assist with sending mail and packages

  • Call Vendors to provide payment status updates and shipping updates

  • Answer phone calls from vendors and answer questions

Requirements • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls

• Excellent customer service skills

• Data entry experience or related job skills

• Capability to correspond via email in a professional manner

• Experience or ability to schedule appointments effectively

• Ability to provide high-quality customer service over the phone

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently

• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively

• Professional demeanor and appearance

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
