Murray State University Instructor, Communication Disorders in Murray, Kentucky
Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Teaching in the undergraduate/graduate communication disorders program and supervising clinical experience in the graduate Speech Pathology program. Responsibilities will also include working collaboratively in partnerships with local schools and medical placements.
Minimum Education Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements:
Must have at least two (2) years of experience in the speech language pathology field. Candidate must possess certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association. Must qualify for licensure in the State of Kentucky in speech language pathology. Must have experience with school-age population. Must have the skill assessing and treating individuals across the lifespan with communication impairments. Experience in interdisciplinary and collaborative activities required. Must have experience with teaching and clinical supervision.
