Description:

We are seeking a Production Supervisor for a tier one Automotive supplier. In this fast paced role, the production supervisor will focus, on production personnel to ensure they are meeting key performance production and quality goals. This will be done, by directing and coordinating. This position will also provide leadership to employees by setting the example, exercising good communication techniques,. In this role, there will be a focus on continuous improvement by reviewing data to determine those areas. Previous experience in a manufacturing supervisory role is a requirement.
