In partnership with manufacturing facility in Murfreesboro in the medical industry, we have openings and can help get you there!! Are you a CNC Machinist/Operator or have other machine operating experience? We may have the perfect opportunity for you working at their state of the art manufacturing facility in Murfreesboro. They provide product for the medical industry. Both entry level and experienced candidates considered. Must be able to work 2nd shift 4pm to 2:30am and will be guaranteed 10 hours OT weekly!!

salary: $18 - $19 per hour

shift: Second

work hours: 4 PM - 2 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of motorized and hand tools, machines .

• Monitor and control the quality of machining processes by utilizing process control tools.

• Maintain the production processes and work within the expected quality standards and efficiencies that are established for the product line

• Reading and interpreting technical documentation; including blueprints.

• Proper use of metric scales, micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators and various other gauges

• Fundamental understanding of machining theory, including x, y and z axis, along with edge and centerline pickup

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• standing for 10 hours at one time

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

Skills

• CNC (1 year of experience is required)

• machine operator (1 year of experience is required)
