What will i do?

  • Planning, organizing and controlling the daily processes in our VIP lounge
  • Execution of operational tasks at the highest level
  • Welcoming and caring for guests
  • Efficient and timely processing of guest inquiries
  • Communication and delegation of tasks
  • Responsibility for cleanliness and order
  • Responsibility for constant quality improvement in the VIP lounge
  • Support of the Food and Beverage Management in the training and development of our team members
  • Supporting other F&B departments wherever required
  • Maintain good working relationships

What are you bringing with you?

  • Experience in gastronomy
  • Communicative host personality
  • Proficient in German and English
