Microsoft Corporation Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager, Security Portfolio in Multiple Locations, United States

As the Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager (PMM), Security Portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in delivering on this mission. You will create an impactful body of technical marketing content (demos, diagrams, etc) for the Microsoft Security product portfolio that distill complex product capabilities into simple, visual stories. Your work will make Microsoft’s security product innovations real to our customers and prospective customers. Responsibilities

  • Deliver world-class demos for delivery on main stage (keynote) and in experiential activations at Microsoft and third party events.

  • Own the technical marketing content for the Microsoft Security product portfolio and drive a content creation plan rooted in market, customer needs, and competitive understanding.

  • Create tangible product experiences to power engagements in our executive briefing centers and AI Tour.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business

  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business

  • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business

  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • Experience in cybersecurity technical marketing or sales engineering roles.

  • Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity buying committee.

  • Proven ability to distill complex information into compelling stories that can be understood by journalists and business decision makers.

  • Experience creating and presenting demo content for keynote-level deliveries.

  • Experienced at speaking to small and large audiences.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
