Duties involve several staff services functions such as human resources, accounting, budgeting, purchasing, training, payroll, records management, and/or property management. May assist with developing budgets. Tracks and reviews invoices and responds to pending log issues, works with vendors to provide accurate invoice documentation; tracks payments and unencumbers funds. Coordinates all service contracts for the operation of field offices. Researches and recommends best purchasing method; provides assistance to technical staff in following purchasing polices and procedures related to the Procurement Card transactions. Verifies that all required information and documentation is provided with all Pcard transactions. May perform a quarterly Pcard audit and advise supervisors of any issues or concerns.
