We are looking for a bookkeeper who is skilled with Quickbooks online to help track our projects. We provide technology consulting in multiple states and need to keep things organized with all the different regulations, tax rules, and fees that apply in different locations. Additional work will involve making some custom tracking spreadsheets and tools to help our leadership team made strategic decisions. As a company we have been around since 1994 and have never had a brick-and-mortar location. All of our staff work remotely from home, and this position is no different. Most of your hours will be flexible, with some times where you will need to meet the leadership team's meetings. Being a creative thinker, ready to see the big picture, and the ability to catch the mistakes that our partners make so our data is clean and correct will be critical to success in this position.
