We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Programmer/Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and technical domains, with proven experience in leading and managing complex projects, integrating new technologies, and enhancing operational efficiency. This role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and a forward-thinking approach to technology and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership and Management:

Lead and manage complex projects through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies.

Oversee the design, implementation, and integration of new technologies, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Technical Expertise:

Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, Vue.js, and other modern technologies.

Implement Big Data solutions using Hadoop and Spark, and manage data warehousing with Amazon Redshift.

Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters, and utilize Docker for containerization and Spinnaker for automated deployment.

Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with business users to gather and document business requirements, create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).

Conduct detailed business requirements analysis to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions with existing systems.

Data Management and Integration:

Design and implement enterprise-wide Master Data Management solutions to improve data consistency and accuracy.

Develop SQL queries for testing and reporting purposes, and manage NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

Quality Assurance and Testing:

Conduct unit testing using JUnit and Mockito, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure all features meet the specified acceptance criteria.

Lead UAT efforts, create test plans, and coordinate testing activities with end-users.
