JOB OPENING for a high quality technologically advanced injection molding and assembly plant.

Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Clerk - This is a dayshift position. In this position the ideal candidate performs all activities of the shipping and receiving department. is responsible for the management of new and existing customer-designed products, Directs and coordinates engineering projects within the area of assigned responsibility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for following company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook and Quality Management System.

Daily on-site attendance is necessary to complete shipping and receiving activities at Infinity Molding and Assembly Inc.

Prints daily shipping order, pick stock, prepares good for shipment, generates packing lists and bills of lading. Calls carrier and arranges pick-up of loads shipments onto trucks.

Ensures accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments to meet customer requirements.

Completes all required paperwork for domestic and foreign shipments. Emails advanced shipping notices to customers.

Calculate freight charges when necessary and enter premium freight information.

Responsible for assuring proper labeling and storing all items in the proper location. Reports any damaged good.

Perform end-of-month physical inventory of finished goods and/or raw materials.

Daily for truck inspection. Keeps warehouse clean and orderly.

Study and standardize procedure to improve efficiency of department.

Keep inventory on skids and order skids when necessary. Rotate stack - first in, first out.

Request changes to WIs and SOPs as necessary

Load, unload and inspect all incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, completeness, and quality.

Receives and verifies material certifications. Ensures that receiving documents are correct and adjusts in ERP system when necessary.

Performs and documents special incoming inspection procedures when required. Label, segregate and document any non-conforming product.

Distribute packages or notify appropriate personnel of receipt of goods and expedite the delivery of time sensitive items.

Reponsible for return shipments of non-conforming materials. Gathers, identifies, weighs, and ships surplus resins, regrind and scraps.
