WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee the successful implementation of new projects within the growing Service Operations organization beginning with the successful onboarding of new service customers thru project execution and transition to Field Service Operations. You will work with the customer and the Field Service team to ensure timely execution of service requests to exceed customer expectations in delivery and quality of service. You will be responsible for and report on the customer’s Key Performance Indicators.

The Project Coordinator will have a direct impact on our ServiceOperations group, responsible for:

  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Resource Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to allocate resources effectively and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and meeting minutes.

  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

  • Problem-Solving: Address any project-related issues that arise, finding effective solutions to keep the project on track.

  • Team Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

· Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project implementation

Qualifications and Requirements

· College or University diploma or equivalent

· A minimum of 1 years of professional experience in Project Coordination (or similar) roles

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency in English

· Smartsheet experience a plus

· Alignment with our company's values

· Ability to travel up to 10%
