WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Service HR Leadership team. The Service business is one of five businesses across CPI with a major focus on growth and transformation in the service industry. This business has 500 employees based throughout the United States, Canada and United Kingdom. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for being the first point of contact for all Service Managers and Field Technician HR questions and support. This includes but not limited to the following:

· Advising on HR Policies and Procedures – advising and supporting the employees on various policies and procedures. May require to conduct training from time to time on HR management cycles and initiatives (help facilitate benefit, LOA, Short-term disability, and long-term disability conversations with associate and benefit advocate team).

· HR Communications - Serves as the central point of contact for interdepartmental projects and communications to key stakeholders including employees and leadership.

· Recruitment and Hiring – Providing necessary support in the screening and interviewing of candidates, facilitation interview scheduling and owning the new hire hiring process including extending offer letters, receiving acceptances and ensuring that all communications with internal stakeholders and candidates are prepared and ready to go for their first day.

· Onboarding – Conducting New Hire Orientation and/or preparing and supporting management with onboarding of employees including I9 completion and coordination and collection of new hire paperwork.

· Off-Boarding – processing departure information and change requests forms, scheduling and conducting exit interviews and funneling up any escalations and/or critical feedback to Global HRBP.

· Employee Relations – Gradually transitioning into conducting investigations starting with GIS (Global Information Security) incident reports.

· Performance Management – Advising managers on the performance improvement process.

· Own and support global projects as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resource field

· Experience working in PeopleSoft

· Minimum 2 years of project management experience
