We are seeking a Network and Systems Administrator for our Mount Pleasant Support Center to be part of our Infrastructure team. This position is a hybrid position and involves working both in person in Mt. Pleasant, and also remote. The ideal individual should be interested in working with both private and public cloud technology, be detail oriented, can create clear, concise, and accurate documentation, and be a self-starter who stays motivated without prompting.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining physical networks and servers, storage area networks, firewalls, VPNs, routers, and other physical hardware.

• Maintaining virtual servers with Microsoft Hyper-V Failover Clustering.

• Managing Security exposure by maintaining security awareness in every part of technology implementations.

• Maintaining and updating group policies.

• Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for computer systems and networks.

• Communicating network or system issues to other employees and management.

• Working closely with our in-house programming team and the Service Desk team.

• Fixing software and hardware configuration issues for users on demand or from inspection of the systems.

• Working on projects to support the growth of KMG Prestige, Inc.

Must have:

• Three to five years' experience in network and systems administration.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Continually look for Ideas and strategies to improve systems and processes.

• Experience with the following Microsoft Technologies: Microsoft Hyper-V Virtualization and Failover Clustering.

• Microsoft 365 Administration Azure Active Directory Integration.
