Duties: The Sales Representative is responsible for door-to-door in-home presentations with potential residential customers to have a msmart home system installed in the customer's home. Build and sell custom smart home packages unique to each customer's home. Ensure customer expectation and company offerings are aligned in terms of the smart home packages being built and offered. Attend daily in-market trainings provided by local leadership. Ensure customer satisfaction by answering phone calls and emails if brand new onboarded customers have questions about the product installed.

HOURS: 1:00PM TO 9:00PM, Monday-Friday; 11:00 AM to 9:00pm on Saturday. $18.74/hr, Ot at $28.11/hr. 50 hours/week HOURS/WORK SCHEDULE MAY VARY. SALES REPS MUST SELL AT LEAST 3 ACCOUNTS PER WEEK. No education or experience required. On-the-job training provided. Bonuses, commissions or raises may be paid at employer discretion based on performance/sales, skill or tenure. Final bonus payment operates as a profit sharing arrangement and employer expenses will be deducted from bonus prior to payment. Employer may make voluntary deductions at worker's request.

Frequent Walking to prospective customer residences.

TRAVEL TO CUSTOMER LOCATIONS WITHIN NEW YORK-NEWARK-JERSEY CITY, NY-NJ-PA MSA.

A single work week will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59.00/day with receipts.
