Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience in program or project management.

• Experience with Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

• Experience with Data Analysis and SQL.

• Understanding of manufacturing costs for consumer products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Develop and execute operational strategies, identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure program success.

• Manage program budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation.

• Track and report on key performance indicators(KPI) to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver projects, gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment.

• Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
