Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience in program or project management.

• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Machine Learning.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

• Experience managing execution of software engineering programs.

• Experience leading or navigating multiple cycles of feature releases from inception to launch.

• Experience solving challenging problems, driving multiple stakeholders to resolution, and bringing simplicity to processes and ideas.

• Ability to communicate and influence multiple levels of geographically dispersed stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications.

• Determine phasing and metrics associated with the program life-cycle that address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship, and near- and long-term objectives.

• Determine and collect data needed to govern programs and drive stakeholder decision-making.

• Anticipate change management requirements by program stakeholders.

• Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of senior cross-functional leads and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
