Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 1 year of program management experience.

• Experience in regulatory compliance and risk management within AI, Privacy, or Security domains.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience preparing presentations, as well as developing and delivering executive-level communications.

• Experience with AI/ML safety and governance, data protection, privacy, and information security (e.g., CIPP, CISM, CISA, AIGP).

• Experience in Google Workspace (e.g., Documents, Slides, and Sheets), Tableau, or other Business Intelligence and AI tools.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$151,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Coordinate and manage compliance activities with a broad range of stakeholders, defining milestones and success criteria, and on-time delivery of projects.

• Use compliance knowledge to help design compliance programs across a range of areas (e.g., AI, privacy, security).

• Establish relationships and maintain regular engagement with internal and external stakeholders that are responsible for delivering or supporting key Devices and Services compliance programs.

• Work with key stakeholders on identifying and addressing regulatory risks.

• Ensure decisions and changes are communicated to appropriate teams, including senior leadership as needed.
