Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of program management experience.
Experience in regulatory compliance and risk management within AI, Privacy, or Security domains.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience preparing presentations, as well as developing and delivering executive-level communications.
Experience with AI/ML safety and governance, data protection, privacy, and information security (e.g., CIPP, CISM, CISA, AIGP).
Experience in Google Workspace (e.g., Documents, Slides, and Sheets), Tableau, or other Business Intelligence and AI tools.

Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$151,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Coordinate and manage compliance activities with a broad range of stakeholders, defining milestones and success criteria, and on-time delivery of projects.
Use compliance knowledge to help design compliance programs across a range of areas (e.g., AI, privacy, security).
Establish relationships and maintain regular engagement with internal and external stakeholders that are responsible for delivering or supporting key Devices and Services compliance programs.
Work with key stakeholders on identifying and addressing regulatory risks.
Ensure decisions and changes are communicated to appropriate teams, including senior leadership as needed.
