Job Title: Process Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, hardware development, or NPI. Alternatively, equivalent experience in these areas is also acceptable. The role involves reviewing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety, developing and implementing process improvement initiatives, and conducting root cause analysis to resolve process issues. You will design and test process upgrades, monitor new process systems, collaborate with team members to implement process improvements, and develop and maintain process documentation. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze process data, identify and evaluate new equipment and technologies, and provide training and support to plant personnel on process-related issues and procedures.

Hard Skills

  • BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

  • Experience with manufacturing process NPI for electronic devices or consumer products

  • Lean Manufacturing

  • ADO

This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Year(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Mountain View, California.
