Job Description:

• Global Product Leads work with sales organizations around the world to translate their needs into requirements for development teams that support them.

Responsibilities:

• Clearly define and prioritize project goals, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and team's objectives.

• Establish and maintain open communication channels with all stakeholders.

• Proactively identify and manage potential risks and dependencies, developing contingency plans and mitigating issues as they arise.

• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, facilitating effective communication, resolving conflicts, and encouraging knowledge sharing.

• Continuously track project progress, analyze performance data, and make informed decisions to keep the project on schedule and within budget.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Product management.

• Experience in Requirements gathering.

• Stakeholder management.

Skills:

• Requirements gathering

• Data analysis (including basic SQL)

• Communication

• Influence

• Problem Solving

• Strong Technical Knowledge (better for communication with Eng)-Nice to have

• Agile & Scrum Methodologies

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree.
