Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Finance Team for a three-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity for a current student in Data Science with a keen interest in Corporate Finance. You will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, data management, and reporting while contributing to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in financial analysis and reporting, utilizing advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze data.

  • Support the Finance Team with ERP migration including researching best practice on data storage of historical data from legacy ERP not migrated.

  • Collaborate with team members on data-driven projects to ensure historical data is retained for due diligence, audits and accessible to provide insights or comparisons for financial decision-making.

  • Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to stakeholders.

  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a MS degree in Data Science, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data visualization).

  • Familiarity with corporate finance concepts and principles.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
