Title: Administrative Assistant 1
Location: Mountain View, CA
Duration: 3 months (High Possibility for an extension after the budget approval)
Daily Schedule & OT estimate: Standard schedule (40 hours/week, Monday - Friday), Some chance for OT
Pay Rate Range: $20 to $28/hr on W2

Administrative or Executive Administrative

Yes. Mainly domestic travel. Once – twice a month

Meetup in ROB every 68 weeks in Silicon Valley that they would need to support Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of complex administrative functions primarily for an individual manager and secondarily for a group.
Manages schedule(s); coordinates travel arrangements; coordinates meetings and events; coordinates department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations; completes special projects as assigned.
