Starting Rate of pay: $ 18.42/hour

Shifts Available and Hours: 2nd Shift, - Monday through Thursday, 3:45 PM- 1:45 AM

Shift Premium:  2nd Shift- 32 cents/ hour 3rd Shift- 39 cents/ hour

Bonus: Quarterly profit sharing (Eligible after 6 months)

Job Responsibilities:

Interpret work orders or receive verbal instructions to determine necessary materials, equipment, and assignments. Review plans, instructions, or specifications to guide work activities. Operate assigned equipment or machinery safely and efficiently. Lift and stack products while adhering to safety standards. Maintain productivity and efficiency in assigned areas. Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure a safe working environment. Accurately log quantities or lengths of materials handled or moved.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED is required. No prior work-related skills or experience are necessary; on-the-job training is provided. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to consistently lift 25 pounds throughout the day, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Skills/ Qualifications:

Experience operating mobile equipment, such as forklifts or Combi lifts, is a plus but not required. Proficiency in basic math, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication. Competence in using a calculator for various tasks. Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying root causes and applying experimental methods to resolve issues.
