We are recruiting a motivated and trainable Sales Coordinator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have experience with organic foods such as apples, pears, and vegetables, and be local to the area. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client's sales team. You will be responsible for facilitating communication between clients and sales representatives, managing orders, and ensuring that the entire sales process runs smoothly.* *

What you get to do:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, promote and sell organic produce, and identify new sales opportunities
• Stay updated on organic farming trends, provide detailed product information, and conduct demonstrations
• Use Excel and Word for sales data management, learn company software, and prepare sales reports
• Analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and monitor performance
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service
• Work with production, logistics, and marketing teams, and participate in team meetings
• Engage in training sessions and continuously improve sales skills

What you need to be successful:

• Previous sales experience
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Experience working for a local farm is preferred but not necessary* *

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 (DOE)* *

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 4:00PM* *
