Behavioral Healthcare Partners Jail Based Social Worker in Mount Vernon, Ohio
Duties: In this role, you will provide assessment, triage, and brief therapy to clients incarcerated in jail and provide case management and coordinates client care services for dually diagnosed clients with substance abuse issues and mental illness who are in the criminal justice system. Maintains case management documentation. You will also assist clients in achieving established goals through the use and provision of various services and resources.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other service providers. Bachelor's degree in a social service related field and five years related social service or criminal justice system experience. LSW/LPC; State of Ohio Driver's License; BLS/CPR certification required. Basic computer, phone and typing skills are necessary for all positions.
