Job Description

What success looks like in this role:

  • Applying your passion for emerging technology.

  • Digging into the latest technologies to figure out how they can be applied to the current Bosch business.

  • Gaining experience and skills in areas such as AI/ML, Generative AI, Synthetic Data, MLOPs and other emerging areas.

  • Working within in a team to develop rapid prototypes and Proofs of Concept (PoCs)

  • Participating in technology research projects within the Innovation Ecosystem

  • Leveraging a variety of tools and technologies

  • Being apart of a global innovation team including researchers and innovation evangelists

  • Participating in the research and technical evaluation of start-ups

  • A self-starter work independently to deliver a result.

Qualifications

You will be successful in this role if you have :

  • Rising senior pursuing bachelor’s degree or Master’s in computer science, Math, or Business IT field

  • A hunger to learn about and work with emerging and cutting-edge technologies.

  • Strong business analysis and technical skills

  • Hands on knowledge of Python, AI tools, Java, NodeJS, etc

  • Strong communication skills to include presenting concepts in easy-to-understand formats.

  • Knowledge of UX concepts is desirable.

Additional Information

To qualify for Bosch’s Domestic Internship Program, you must:

  • Be a full-time student or recent graduate (<6 months) at an accredited university.

  • Maintain at least a 3.0 GPA in a degree program.

  • Be able to work at least 40 hours per week (full-time) during summer break and part-time during the school year.

  • Be able to work from the Mt. Prospect location 60% of the work week.
