Aston Carter Administrative Assistant in Mount Prospect, Illinois

Job Title: Administrative AssistantWork Environment

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am – 4pm (1 hour lunch break) with overtime as needed. Onsite 100%.

Job Description

You will help create and cultivate a collaborative teamwork environment by providing world-class support to the Site Leadership Team (SLT) and General Manager.

Responsibilities include: answering phones, scheduling conference rooms, organizing customer and vendor visits, arranging lunches, welcoming and directing visitors, assisting guests with logging into the visitor system, and maintaining shared and individual calendars.

Additional duties include opening daily mail, receiving packages and visitor lunches, leading and running all new hire onboarding schedules/processes, conducting SOP training, applying standard operating procedure training, and ensuring all activities are conducted safely and efficiently.

Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Qualifcations:

-High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree or business-related field preferred

-1-2+ years or recent related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

-Equivalent combination of education training and relevant work experience may be considered.

-1-2+ years of experience with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
