Are you ready to take your customer service skills to the next level? We're a leader in innovative technology solutions, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Collection Representative to join our team in Mount Laurel, NJ. This role is perfect for someone with 2 years or less of call center experience who is eager to provide exceptional service and grow within a dynamic company.

Salary: $22 per hour

Work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Education: High School

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, review account adjustments, and resolve discrepancies and short payments.

• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts through customer calls, account adjustments, reconciliations, small balance write-offs, and credit memo processing.

• Conduct skip tracing and account reconciliation when needed.

• Timely follow-up on all cases to ensure escalation when necessary and resolution of customer delinquencies before reaching 90 days.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of collections or customer service experience preferred.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
