Education High School Diploma.Role and Responsibilities Enter detailed and non-detailed door orders into the configurator. Must be able to interpret door specifications sent in by customers and turn in turn be able to enter into system accurately. Needs to be able to read and analyze CAD drawings from both internally and externally. Have good knowledge of engineering basics regarding repetitive customer orders in configurator. Assist with aftermarket setups that CSR's are having difficulties entering. Have adequate product and systems knowledge to be able to answer questions by the CRS group.
