Aerotek Industrial Maintenance Technician in MOUNDRIDGE, Kansas

Job Description:

Current opening on 3rd shift (10p-6a). Shift differential provided.

Must be able to work at a steady pace, stand on feet for long periods of time. Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, twist, push and/or pull up to 50lbs.

Prior experience with electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics and controls required.

Job Duties Include:

• Make sure all equipment is working safely, cleanly, and as efficient as possible.

• Make sure all production equipment is running with minimal down time.

• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair all equipment.

• Keep track of parts usage and take necessary steps to keep usage minimal.

• Look up all part numbers for equipment and submit it for order.

• Follow up on it to make sure its ordered and machine is fixed when parts arrive.

• Communicate well with other mechanics and machine operators. Report any and all food safety and/or quality concerns to your supervisor, QA, or a member of management.

Pay: From $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week

• Every weekend

• Overnight shift

• Overtime

• Rotating weekends

• Weekends as needed

Experience level:

• 5 years

Experience:

• Programmable logic controllers: 2 years (Required)

• Mechanical knowledge: 5 years (Required)

• Hydraulics: 1 year (Required)

• Pneumatics: 1 year (Required)

• Industrial electrician: 3 years (Required)
