This position is for a Pipe Welder with a company in Moss Point, MS.

Summary: Pipe Welders will work on drydock and fabrication shop. Long term job with great pay. Pipe Welders are responsible for installing these complex systems together on the ship and in the shop. Must be able to read blueprints, fabricate, install, inspect, and test the many piping systems on-board a ship.

Education and Experience: Must have experience as a pipe welder. Must have a valid ID. 10 PNL drug screen, respirator fit test and skills test will be required. Must have 4 years as a pipe welder. Must be able to pass a hands-on test. The pipe welders will have a carbon steel 6G pipe test to take that will equire a 1/8 6010 root pass followed by flux core fill / cap.

Shifts: 7 am - 5 pm (depending on work schedule). Monday thru Saturday. (50 to 60 hours a week).

Pay: $27 an hour. Up to $1,890 w 60 hours.
