This role requires a mix of both functional and technical project management expertise, with a strong focus on customer success. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing projects across various time zones, particularly those closely aligned with EST!

Skills and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• SharePoint - This Project Manager will facilitate collaboration through features like document co-authoring, version control, and discussion boards. Team members can work together on documents in real-time and keep track of changes to produce outcomes.

• This resource will also utilize SharePoint's workflow automation capabilities streamline repetitive tasks, such as approval processes and notifications.

   Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

   Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executives, to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

   Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.

   Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

   Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

   Utilize both functional and technical expertise to drive project success and customer satisfaction.

   Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to executive leadership.

   Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications:

 Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a mix of functional and technical project management skills.

 Demonstrated success in managing projects in a customer-centric environment.

 Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

 Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work effectively in a remote, offshore capacity, supporting PST hours.

 Experience working with executive-level stakeholders (VP and above).

 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

 PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

 Experience managing projects for a global initiative, particularly in time zones closely aligned with PST

 Background in technical customer success and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

 Technical proficiency in project management tools and software. PMP null
