Position Summary

The primary responsibilities of this role will be to support the Teleflex Applier Placement Program (TAPP), drive timelines and analysis for projects in Surgical Sales, provide and adhere to deadlines, create project plans, work with stakeholders to complete assignments on time, support National Training Meeting and quarterly meetings for Business Unit, provide customer support for MyTeleflex.

Principal Responsibilities

• Work with sales representatives to create new loaner applier agreements as necessary

• Drive the timely completion of loaner applier agreements with sales rep and manager/VP

• Maintain database for loaner agreements and publish status of agreements monthly

• Deliver trainings on applier placement process as needed

• Work with Legal and Compliance for contract changes and customer requests

• Actively support selling Bougie

• Ensure Sales Reps are compliant for applier loaners, both in timing and spend commitments

• Work with Customer Service in ensuring shipments and needs of customers and sales representatives are met

• Send out 90- and 60-day letters to sales rep and customer for agreement renewals

• Understand, analyze and prioritize customer needs through email and phone interactions

• Support Light Source repairs through communication with vendors, customers, and Marketing

• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requirements and special projects

• Assist in Sales quarterly and midyear meeting business reviews slide creation and quality checks

• Develop quality reports for internal and external teams as needed

• Adhere to and ensure compliance with the Teleflex Code of Ethics, all Company policies, rules and procedures

• Other duties as assigned

Education / Experience Requirements

• Bachelor degree in: Business Administration/Economics

• 2+ years of experience with medical device industry as a plus

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

• Analytical skills – advanced use of SAP, MS Excel, MS Office, salesforce.com, Cobblestone

• Independent thinker that can take initiative to solve a problem without significant direction

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Big picture orientation with attention to detail will be critical for success in this role

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Travel: 10%
