BAYADA Home Health Care Divisional Client Services Manager in Morristown, New Jersey
BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Divisional Client Services Manager supporting our Assistive Care offices (6) in New Jersey. As the Divisional Client Services Manager, you will be exposed to a variety of developmental opportunities as you support our Assistive Care Offices. Though the nature of this role is autonomous, you will work with a highly collaborative and interactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Onboard and train newly hired Client Services Managers and Client Services Associates in all Assistive Care Offices in New Jersey.
Act as a subject matter expert and a resource for ongoing support and education to the CSMs and Associates.
Provide Client Service Management role coverage to the Division Offices during vacancies, vacation coverage or other situations that necessitate additional support.
Travel throughout the state of New Jersey.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Ability to travel 60-100% of the time on a weekly basis.
Demonstrated success as a Client Services Manager.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
Subject matter expertise in all Client Service Manager responsibilities.
Experience in training and mentoring staff is strongly preferred.
Home Care experience strongly preferred.
