Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate to join the firm's Insurance Coverage team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing complex insurance policies, providing strategic coverage advice, and contributing to high-stakes litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and draft comprehensive coverage opinions.

• Provide strategic coverage advice to clients.

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft detailed memoranda.

• Prepare and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery materials, and other legal correspondence.

• Engage in formal communications with opposing counsel and other parties.

• Represent clients at depositions, hearings, and mediations as needed.

  Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will:

• Have strong academic credentials (JD 2020, 2021, or 2022).

• Be admitted to practice in New Jersey (additional admissions are a plus).

• Possess experience or a keen interest in complex insurance coverage matters.

• Demonstrate excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills.

• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
