The Fluorine Products business is a leading innovator in the development and production of high-performance fluorocarbon refrigerants. Our customers include original equipment manufacturers (OEM’s), service technicians, facility managers and consumers around the world. We manufacture and supply economical non-ozone-depleting hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) refrigerant and low-global-warming-potential hydrofluoroolefin (HFO) refrigerants, for cooling and heating applications for homes, commercial buildings, and industry.

This role is designed to initiate and lead global growth objectives for the stationary aftermarket refrigerants business in a cross-functional environment. You will drive global growth and expansion through ownership of strategic business objectives. You will own portfolio optimization by partnering with offering management and product management leads to ensure flawless product launches and portfolio profitability. By becoming an expert in global regulatory environment for refrigerants, you will propose and lead projects that put Honeywell in a proactive position for growth within our regulated environment. You will influence key stakeholders within various global business functions to drive project completion. Your role as a director will also put you in a unique position to support career development and succession planning for your colleagues in the Fluorine Products business and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Projects for Stationary Refrigerants Aftermarket

  • Develop and implement new business models focusing on growth

  • Using regulatory landscape, determine future product offering models to overcome headwinds for strategic plan

  • Partner with General Manager to develop reclaim strategy and ownership of implementation

Annual Operating Plans (AOP)

  • Determines and leads objectives to meet AOP deliverables for the portfolio

  • Owns monthly forecasting process globally

  • Leads communication for the business on portfolio decisions for SIOP process

  • Ensures Channel Program targets aligned with global sales team deliverables

Portfolio Optimization

  • Develop thorough understanding of product offerings and future product needs for aftermarket

  • Working with lead product manager and strategic sourcing, develops robust process to optimize portfolio and improve costing

  • Ensure rigorous process for implementing new products into the portfolio

Market & Regulatory Analysis

  • Develop to an expert understanding of global regulatory environment by partnering with government relations and technical teams

  • Working with lead marketing analyst, ensures strong market mapping model globally

  • Evaluate growth in new markets and propose product offerings to ensure success

  • Ensure rigorous process for communicating import and export data and acts on opportunities

Other

  • Ability to develop both internal and external relationships is key to the success of this role

  • Business case development for investments

  • Partner and develop talent within the business, mentor colleagues on career development and succession planning

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in offering management or related roles

  • Proven track record of driving portfolio growth and capturing market opportunities

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
