Grounds crew will handle lawn mowing, weed whacking, curb appeal, laying ice melt on side walks, clearing stairs and walkways of the tenants. Clearing out apartments, pulling carpet/molding. Must have reliable transportation to and from the site (West Run Plaza) company vehicles are provided during the day. Background check and drug test are conducted, both are not automatic disqualifiers.
