Responsibilities:
- Escort customers to their tables
- Inform customers of daily specials
- Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request
- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
- Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods
- Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes
- Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to the kitchen for cleaning
- Serve food and/or beverages to patrons; prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required
- Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.
- Cleaning, sweeping and mopping
- All other duties as assigned

- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old
- Must have proper certifications (food handling permit, etc) in order to perform duties.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overtime as requested
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk, lift, reach, and climb stairs and ladders as needed throughout shift as this is a very physically active role
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Must possess and display strong leadership and organizational skills
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and practice independent judgment
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Must be able to interact successfully with all levels of staff, clients and vendors
- Must be able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
- Must be able to pass Reference Check, Background Check and Drug Screen
