Job Description:

Evaluates, plans, treats and implements care for patients in accordance with professional standards of the American Association of Physical Therapy using Clinical Practice Guidelines, and policies and procedures of Essentia Health.

Education Qualifications:

Essentia Health is seeking a physical therapist to join our team at our Essentia Health-Moose Lake.

In this position, the PT will:

• Receive a $5,000 bonus, competitive pay and benefits, advancement opportunities through a career ladder, and moving expense reimbursement if eligible

• Work in a newly opened, modern outpatient clinic treating primarily adult patients with orthopedic and/or neuro-musculoskeletal conditions

• This position will provide care to patients along the health care continuum including inpatient, swingbed, home health and OP including the opportunity to work with patients of all ages

• Have a flexible schedule based on patient care needs

• Collaborate with our family medicine team and other outreach providers at the Moose Lake, Cloquet, and Hinckley clinics

• This position is open to students in their final year of training, they can receive a monthly stipend for a maximum of 12 months before the official start date

This position is open to new graduates

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

• Current license in the state performing services.
