Job Title: Waste Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Waste Technician to join our team. In this role, you will meet at the shop every morning and travel in a truck to various client sites to discard waste materials, such as paint, construction supplies, chemicals, and other materials. The position requires a flexible schedule with start times between 5:00 AM and 6:30 AM, depending on the day's assignments. You will travel throughout western NC and South Carolina, primarily on day trips, but must be open to one overnight trip per month. The average workday is 10 hours, Monday through Friday, including travel time.

Responsibilities

  • Meet at the shop every morning and travel in a truck to various client sites.

  • Discard waste materials such as paint, construction supplies, chemicals, and other materials.

  • Report to the office between 5:00 AM and 6:30 AM depending on the schedule.

  • Travel to client sites across western NC and South Carolina.

  • Work an average of 10 hours a day, Monday through Friday, including travel time.

  • Be a team player and show a willingness to learn.

  • Complete tasks and pass tests for promotion opportunities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Mooresville, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
