Overview
We are looking for a Full Time R emote RN Interviewing Specialist - AIM (Advanced Illness Management) Program to join our team. This position will directly report to the AVP of Onboarding and Orientation AIM and is responsible for efficiently and effectively interviewing candidates for open site roles in new or existing sites and has the ability to consistently choose and extend offers to qualified candidates in order to build new or existing staffing for sites.
Facilitates and ensures onboarding requirements are met for start dates
Completes pre-hire and day-one HR system requirements
Determines applicant qualifications by: reviewing recruiting and applicant submissions, interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications, analyzing responses, comparing qualifications to job requirements
Provides potential candidates with organization information, division and program objectives, opportunities, and benefits information
Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity. Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.
Salary Range – Up to $80K/year
About You
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience and knowledge in Health Care Operations
Minimum of 2 years health care administration/operations management
Familiarity with employment related regulations (state and federal)
Ability to work with confidential information.
Well organized and confident to work independently, but is a team player
Ability to communicate clearly to field, mid-level, and executive staff
Maintain positive vendor relationships
