Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Mooresville, North Carolina. The key function of this role is to provide operational support to all components of the team, with a focus on learning and development. The successful candidate will be expected to perform a variety of tasks including scheduling, data entry, and record keeping, among others.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support to all team components, ensuring smooth execution of strategies and programs.

• Manage event scheduling and setup, ensuring all elements are coordinated and ready for execution.

• Maintain accurate records, allowing for easy retrieval and reference when necessary.

• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Respond to basic communications, ensuring all queries and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

• Support workstation operations, ensuring all components are functioning as required.

• Carry out operational tasks as assigned, demonstrating efficiency and accuracy.

• Coordinate various tasks, demonstrating strong organizational skills.

• Utilize communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.

• Provide support for all learning and development programs, contributing to their successful execution. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry and related software

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in operations, including scheduling and coordination

• Ability to provide workstation support and select appropriate components

• Strong record-keeping abilities and attention to detail

• Experience in handling operational tasks in a timely and efficient manner

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

• Familiarity with standard office equipment and procedures
