Overview

We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager to join our team. This position will directly report to the Senior Manager IT Business Solutions, and is the liaison and pivotal link between key stakeholders, business partners, and the IT department.

The primary objective is to identify and address business and IT needs and objectives. This role is instrumental in managing projects, capturing requirements, and guiding initiatives to successful completion, thereby driving business growth and innovation within the IT landscape.

About You

• Proven advanced working knowledge of industry standard methodologies and best practices (i.e. Project Life Cycle, System Development Life Cycle with emphasis on Change Management)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent preferred

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as business analyst

• Prior knowledge in hospice, home health, palliative care or healthcare environment preferred

• 2 years project management desired

• PMP certification preferred
